The Reflective life is the path to wisdom – as Socrates says “the unexamined life is not worth living”.

The Reflective practitioner has the ability, and the determination, to capture, evaluate and distil from experiential episodes, conduct enhancing changes that one could/should attempt to embed in one’s future behaviour – changes in the way we think about ‘the world’, and how we interact with it. It is about the disciplined purposeful acquisition of better habits of mind, mouth and ears, and the casting off of bad ones.
